We deliver between 11am-6pm. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time due to unforseen circumstances such as traffic, delivery routes, et cetera.

Weekends : 9am-10am, or after 5pm

Please contact us directly upon ordering if you need a specific pick up or delivery time, we will check if we can accomodate your order.

We encourage you or the recipient to be present during the delivery timeframe. This is to ensure that your orders can be safely received and promptly stored. If no one is present at the time of delivery, our delivery person will place the cake in a safe place in front of the delivery address.

Due to the volume of our delivery, we are regrettably unable to offer redelivery. The orders will be delivered to the original address stated in the order unless we have confirmed the change of address (in writing) in advance. 

We are not responsible for any disappointment caused by the mishandling of the products once delivered.

Yes you can! From time to time, we announce on Instagram when smaller pack Donat Kentang (4 / 6 / 8 pieces) is available to purchase. Please keep an eye on our IG page for the next one! 

Currently we are trading online only, but we aim to have one in near future. We still offer pick up and delivery service. 

Please let us know as soon as possible once you need to make changes upon placing the order. We might be able to change if your order has not been processed. We ask you to please check all details and information before paying for your order.

We currently do not provide any cakes that are gluten free or egg free.

We do offer gluten free cookies (Kue Sagu), but no egg free prodcuts available.

When placing an order, please take a note that all our products are made in a home-based kitchen that handles a variety of common allergens, including eggs, gluten (wheat), dairy, soy, and nuts.
